Privacy Policy

Last updated 2026-09-15

This policy describes what Qleerly does with your data. It is written from what the service actually does, not from a template.

Who is responsible

Qleerly AI AB (reg. no. 559595-0246), Rombäck 481, 841 74 Fränsta, Sweden, is the controller of the personal data described here. You can reach us at sales@qleerly.ai.

Your conversations

When you are signed in, your conversations are saved to your account so that you can come back to them, on any device. They are stored on our server in Sweden, and only you can read them — every request is checked against the account that owns the conversation.

You can take them with you. Export everything you have written as a file at any time, from your account page. Delete a single conversation, or erase all of them at once, and they are gone from our database — not hidden, not archived.

If you use Qleerly without an account, nothing you write is saved at all.

What we never store

Our usage log records how many tokens a request used and what it cost — never the text. We do not store card numbers. We do not run analytics or advertising scripts. The only third-party script the site loads is Paddle's checkout, and it loads only when you open the checkout.

Who processes data for us

ProcessorWhat they handle
OpenRouter, and the model provider it routes toYour messages, in order to generate an answer
ResendYour email address, to deliver sign-in links
PaddlePayment, as merchant of record. Paddle is the seller on your receipt

About the models that answer you

Qleerly routes your message through OpenRouter to a language model. OpenRouter states that it does not log prompts or completions by default. The provider that runs the model has its own policy, and some providers may retain or train on prompts. We do not currently restrict routing to providers that refuse to store data, because doing so would remove most of the models that keep Qleerly free to try.

Do not send information to Qleerly that you would not want processed by a third-party model provider.

How long we keep things

Your rights

If you are in the EU or UK you can ask for a copy of your data, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for your account and its data to be deleted. Write to sales@qleerly.ai and we will act within one month.

You can also complain to a supervisory authority. Ours is the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, IMY), and you may instead complain to the authority in the country where you live.

Cookies

Qleerly sets two cookies and neither is used for advertising or tracking across sites. qs keeps you signed in. qa is a random id that counts your free answers so the limit works without an account. Clearing them signs you out and resets that count.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that affects you, the date at the top changes and we tell account holders by email.
