These terms are between you and Qleerly AI AB (reg. no. 559595-0246), Rombäck 481, 841 74 Fränsta, Sweden ("Qleerly", "we"). By using qleerly.ai you accept them.
Qleerly is an AI assistant. Its particular strength is helping you find a business idea and spot gaps in a market. It is a tool for thinking, not professional advice.
Answers can be wrong. Language models produce plausible text, and plausible is not the same as correct. Check anything that matters before you act on it. Nothing Qleerly says is legal, tax, medical, financial or investment advice, and it is not a substitute for a professional.
You are responsible for what you do with what Qleerly tells you.
You need to be at least 18, or old enough to enter a contract where you live. Keep your password to yourself. Tell us at sales@qleerly.ai if you think someone else has got into your account.
One account per person. Do not share one account across a team — the usage limits are set per account.
Do not use Qleerly to break the law, to harm people, to produce deceptive marketing, fake reviews, spam or malware, or to build anything that exploits children. Do not try to resell access, scrape the service, or get around the usage limits.
We can suspend an account that does these things.
Qleerly has a free tier with a daily limit, and a paid plan with a higher limit. Extra usage can be bought as a one-off top-up.
Payments are handled by Paddle, which acts as merchant of record. Paddle is the seller on your receipt, and Paddle's own terms apply to the transaction. We never see or hold your card details.
A subscription renews each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account page, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Prices shown include any tax that applies where you are.
If you change your mind, write to sales@qleerly.ai within 14 days of a payment and we refund it in full, as long as the plan has not been used heavily in that period. This matches the withdrawal right you have as a consumer in the EU.
Refunds are issued by Paddle to the payment method you used, and usually take a few working days to appear.
We try to keep Qleerly up but we do not promise it. The service depends on third-party model providers, and it can be slow, limited or unavailable. We may change or withdraw features.
What you write stays yours. We do not store your conversations — see the privacy policy for what we do keep. You give us permission to send your messages to a model provider so that an answer can come back.
To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profit, lost business or decisions you made based on an answer.
Nothing here removes rights you have as a consumer that cannot be removed.
You can close your account at any time by writing to sales@qleerly.ai. We can close an account that breaks these terms. If we close yours without cause, we refund the unused part of the period you paid for.
These terms are governed by the law of Sweden, and disputes go to its courts, unless consumer law where you live says otherwise.
We can change these terms. If a change matters to you we tell account holders by email before it takes effect.
